The corp is growing - need a future

Me and my CEO were discussing the future of the corp. I want to aim for lowsec/0.0 in the future, probably after Christmas or there abouts.
The plan that we hashed out was the following:
- Get hisec POS for BPO work, ME and PE research, Invention, Copying
- Finance BPO:s
- Start construction of ships
- Recruit up towards 30 members in total
- Train atleast two carrier pilots in corp
- Scout and approach alliance in 0.0 which need industrial capacity
We feel confident that if we can increase our industrial base, our incomes will increase and we can start things like ship funding and skill sponsoring.
